Every block, new GOAT are allocated (Emission_rate).

A pool's Trust Score = Trust Score of its pool owner, which determines how much Mining Reward that pool earns for all of its stakers.

Every block, new GOAT is allocated to each pool according to its Trust Score.

New GOAT allocated to a pool = Pool_allocation = Emission_rate x (that pool's Trust Score) / (Total Trust Score of all pools)

New GOAT allocated to a pool is then allocated to all of that pool's Stakers according to each of their Staking Power.

New GOAT allocated to a Staker = Pool_allocation x (that Staker's Staking Power) / (Total Staking Power of all Stakers of that pool)
