Earn every time anyone stakes ETH in your pool

When anyone stakes ETH in your pool, you earn 2% of the staked amount immediately as Pool Reward. However, you can decide to kick back a part or all of this Pool Reward, back to the staker. This way, you can attract more and more stakers to stake ETH in your pool.
You can change your Kickback_rate anytime. If you increase your Kickback_rate, you can attract more people to stake more ETH in your pool.
Your Pool Reward = 2% (Pool_reward_rate) x [Staked Amount].
